We have made an agreement to purchase the cart pictured above.  It is a 2006 Intrepid and we have purchased a P1 Yamaha KT100 motor to put on it.  The kart will not be available until after the December 13th State Championship race.  It is currently being raced by our friend Sean Conyers.  He has won multiple championships with this cart.

 

While we are waiting for the kart to be available Claire is practicing in another kart that Dan (Sean’s dad) has for sale.  Claire likes the speed and is getting used to using the brakes.  In the Kid Kart she does not need to use the brakes.  Here is a picture of Sean driving the kart that Claire is practicing with.  Sean is moving up to a full size kart.  He has been racing since 2002 and he races in the IKF region 7 championship.

 

Claire, Sara, and Ashton are all moving up to the Cadet Yamaha KT100 class.  They will continue to practice and race together in the same class.
